These are the touts, the agberos, the lowest of the lowest in the social pyramid. They have no shame and they have no glory. Even a homeless person has more reasons to live than these scum.
They don't care if they go to jail or die. Life is to them, what the wrap of a sweet is to you: worthless. They won't want to die, but they don't mind if they die.

On the contrary, these types of scum are convinced that they have the right to act like douches because as far as they are concerned, they have everything you want and need.
Narcissism is perhaps the only type of personality disorder in which the person totally ignores their condition. They live in this delusional bubble where everything and everyone revolves around them. They often overestimate their importance and their abilities.

You see those suicide bombers and Boko Harams? They are learner kamikazes. They are people from category one. That's why they are so easy to indoctrinate.
Kamikazes are people who smoke integrity and pride. Your super intelligent lecturer and scholar could be a kamikaze. You can find their type in every social class: from the poorest to the richest. From the illiterate to the PhD holder. Because honour is priceless.

Gates, Zuckerberg, Bezos, these motherfuckers have the resources and the connections to erase you from this world and nobody will question them. Ever.
They are the untouchables.
Dead hookers are a rich and famous person's normal occurrence. Death by overdose? Normal. You only hear of this type of death, when the rich and famous person dies. Nobody gives a fuck about the dozens of common humans who have died prior to their own death.
They will kill you, bury you, and nothing will happen. Mostly because someone else is doing it for them. Super loyal people who will never rat them out.
