YOU CAN'T KNOW A MAN'S TRUE CHARACTER UNTIL HE IS RICH

🤣🤣🤣 Here we go again. Awon, motivational speakers.

Why do Nigerians think that being average makes them better in terms of character than those who have a lot going on? As if it's money that sustain the patriarchy.

Patriarchy makes no distinction between a poor man and a rich man. They are both men. They are both protected by the system.

If Tosin decides to smash your face, rape you and break your heart into thousands of pieces, he won't think of the millions of men out there who are richer than him. Instead he will get drunk on his male privilege knowing that after he is done fucking you up, he won't face any real consequences. Because daddy patriarchy has him covered.

For the average Nigerian woman, the question shouldn't be if an average Joe will cherish her more than a rich Joe. The question should cover completely different aspects: family history, dating history, his friends, and the way he treats low earning workers and staff.

Only a fool will automatically think that Tosin is a nice man simply because he keeps an honest job.

Are the men who are raping women all rich?
Are the men who are killing women all rich?
Are the men who are justifying the rape and murder of women all rich?

Kudos to Tosin for being content with his income, but we would like to peruse other areas of his life.

It's not by money alone.
