Their intentions towards you are all self serving. They enjoy being the ones who get to give you advice or admonish you. They enjoy the thrill of being awarded with the power to control you. And so they will do everything they can to keep you in that state of need.
Listen to what they are not telling you. Their true message is that you discarded them. They were part of the problem, and when you said no to the problem, you also said no to them.
They are pained by your
rejection.
I say today, may you find the
strength to reject anybody who doesn't care about your happiness. May you also
reject anybody that wants to use your hurt to feed their hunger for man
worship.
Reject them and never take them back.
